Fior di Noto began with a place: a hillside just one kilometre from Noto, where the baroque city, the countryside and the Mediterranean seem to belong to the same horizon.
The name starts with the place that gives Fior di Noto its bearings. Noto is only one kilometre away, with its warm stone, baroque streets and unmistakable Sicilian character. Yet here, among olive trees and open horizons, the pace changes completely.
In Sicily, light changes everything. It moves across stone, filters through architecture, turns the olive trees silver and makes the sea appear different from one hour to the next. At I Tre Lumi, Rinasciuta belongs to dawn, Lumi to midday and Carizza to sunset.
Francesca and Carlo chose Sicily with a simple ambition: to imagine a place where the things they love could live together naturally. Beauty without noise. Privacy without isolation. Good food and good wine. A garden that follows the seasons. Long tables. International friendships.
